Sold 200 shares of GMCR at 32.05

Trade Note:

I made a bo bo and sold GMCR too early and made a very small profit.  But I had bought my shares before they had their SEC probe.  At one point my loss was amost $1,000.  But they had recovered nicely and I did make a small gain.  I wanted to sell as quick as possible because I know they are having a class action suit filed against them.  I got a post card from some legal firm asking me to be part of the suit.  Well I decided I did not want to make attorneys rich - so I sent back with comment - Please do not count me as part of the suit.
