I believe that now is the time for the banks to turn around.  Citigroup is one of the strongest banks of the bunch besides JPMorgan and I feel that an estimated target price of $26 is a fair estimate for this bank to reach.

I believe this because on May 2nd the stock was above $26

I totally agree, $ 26.00.  Bought 10 July 22.50 calls just today.
