I've been posting trade notes, but haven't hit up the blogs yet.
I've been trading stocks, changing from system to system to system for like 4 years probably. I lost some major money in 2011, well major compared to my monthly paycheck anyway (25% of my yearly salary), but am making a great comeback in 2012, though I have not yet made up that 25%.
If you've seen my recent trade list, I've somehow racked up 3 earnings picks in a row, and while it can't last in perfection, I expect a good batting average.
My system involves shorting earnings stocks based on a number of probability variables. I am not trading any today since there are no earnings stocks that meet my criteria.
Though, as can be seen by my rather rash short sell of MITK today, I am a bit of a gambler sometimes. That one and my prior BBBY trade are outside my normal system, and I probably deserve the thrashing for selling MITK short at 4.50 will give me. I see it is at 4.61 right now, ouch.
The earnings reports look to be pretty dry until the 25th again. That day I will short one of LDK, RBN, APOL, or SNX.
