I have hopes that alternative energy companies, as a whole, are profitable investments.  Since my portfolio is solar heavy, I wanted to diversify into wind power.  NCEN happened to be in my affordable range for purchasing a decent amount of shares.  My initial position was established at 1.32 and was purely speculative based on my hopes for alternative energy.  This second position at 1.09 is an attempt to leverage my losses from the 1.32 position.
