GML - SPDR S&P Emerging Latin America (GML) - down more than 6% in two days

EWM - iShares MSCI Malaysia Index - down 2% in two days

I'm tracking 8 non-US ETFs that are still above their 200 day moving average.  They continue to show some strength in a down market.  I'm buying dips in these funds when they appear to be slightly over-bought.  We'll see how it works.  I'm looking for them to bounce back about the same amount they have moved down.

My stop will be about 5%.  I'll sell when the RSI(2) value gets above 75%.
