MBIA took quite a beating over the last few weeks, but having followed the stock for a few months now, I still think they're gonna make it and rebound quite a bit. I don't think they'll reach their old highs again, but I do think a Jan 09 call at 30 gives them quite enough time to recover.
They spiked to $38 dollars a month or two ago. They've gotten a lot of negative attention since then, but the big investors willing to buy in at $31 dollars a share has me following suit.
