Is another 20% drop in this company's stock on no news warranted?  Is this oversold or has there been a recent development that has yet to hit the wires?

Not sure which will end up being the case, but I decided to put in about 20% of my portfolio at these prices.  Targeting $4.00 on a pop back up, will probably sell if price sustains in the low $2's for the next week or so.  Swing trade, not a long term investment here.

Hey, I'm totally with you....good call on wamu, When I noticed yesterday they were down 25% I knew right then to pick up some October calls, all they have are 2.50 and 4.00 calls, (no 3.00?!) so

I picked up as many as my poor account could handle, from previous observations these financials get nailed and then in  a few days they come roaring back.

This housing and banking mess has to sort out and find some sort of real relief before any of the financial institutions are anything but a long shot gamble. Only my opinion.
