SRS (ultra short real estate) shot up, I sold it, and bought the reverse, URE. This Ultra ETF will move quickly one way or the other.
Like most ETFs, this is not a good long term vehicle...better to buy your favorite stock in the sector. Since there is no real estate stock that I particularly like, I will try to get a bounce out of URE and sell. If we have a nice up day in the market, this will climb by 10-20% quickly.
