OC is right now near its all time low (or it was last week before it rallied +7% 2 days in a row, which I could not take advantage of due to money transfer issues).  Obviously for a company whose primary product is used in house construction has been hit hard by the housing downturn.  However, I am a firm believer they will bounce back strongly.  It has been a Fortune 500 company since World War II.  They recently emerged from bankruptcy due to asbestos litigation, and is a stronger and more organized company.  Also, can the housing market get any worse then it is now?  I think this is a steal for a company who is clearly in a periodic downturn.
