Finally figured out that sitting on a long call out of the money for a few months is not very much fun nor does it allow me to sell front month calls - (unless I want to backspread - which I wasn't too keen on doing yet)

So this is the first part of a roll down into the money.  It essentially closes the original position for a loss and I open a new position in the money and start over.
