I have been watching this stock for a while and have been looking for an opportunity to jump in because it is a solid company, and they pay great dividends.  They are bulk shippers and although oil shipments may decline, commodities are still in demand.

Additionally, this purchase was right before earnings, and so it was a play on expecting better than expected quarter results. 

I gambled and waited until after earnings to sell my covered call and with dividends coming it lowers my basis quite nicely.
