I believe CX is currently way undervalued and on sale... here's a stock that everyone was saying was cheap in the mid-30s and up to 40... so for 10 less that that, it's almost like finding a 50% bargain. I believe that this will double before I sell. Cemex also has operations in over 50 countries, so it's got some immunity to individual nations being down. Cement's one of those staples...
