Doing some "cost averaging" on my HOV puts.  I can't believe people think housing has hit anything that even appears to be a bottom.  Housing won't recover for 2 or 3 years, and when it does it won't be the market where everybody is buying one house for themselves and one "for an investment" like we saw enrich the homebuilders in years past.  We'll see.
