The home builders are not going to recover anytime soon.  I looked at the percentages various homebuilders were above their 52 week low, took into account how far it was off the 52 week high, and picked DHI as the most likely to go back down some again.  Already have some I paid $.65 for, so I thought I'd bring my average cost down and lower my target price to reflect a 100% gain on the new average price.
