This is what happens with an in the money Put if you do not sell to close before expiration, it gets exercised.  I coulda, woulda, shoulda closed it all last Monday but did not.  I think the deal will be eventually closed for 0.5473 of a share of JPM and am SURE there will not be any dividends to cover. Just waiting to see what happens in the continuing Bear Stearns saga.

Lawyers are going to tie this one up based on fraudulent representations.   Errors and Ommissions insurance claims galore...  Be interested in findin out what insurance companies underwrote their policies and which CPA firm did their financials.  Smell a chain reaction...
