Selling a finish low FRO

So, unless swimming through the cold oatmeal of "The Apology of Socrates" has reduced my brain to soggy toast, I'm thinking that selling short a finish low FRO is a way to be bullish on the next three weeks.  (I'm thinking that Intel will finish above $17 the week before Thanksgiving, so selling the INTC $17, IDP WQ finish low FRO = bullish November)?

Am I missing something?

Is this not similar to selling a naked put expecting the stock price to increase? (Except for cash requirements)

Yep, they are similar. In my mind selling the finish low FRO is the same as selling the put credit spread, short 17 puts, long 16 puts not counting comissions
