CSCO reports tue after close

Anyone else thinking this will move Nasdaq?  Expectations are at 0.39 per share.  An article on Forbes sees them coming in around or over the consensus, since CEO John Chambers has "made enough grim remarks that when Cisco reports earnings Tuesday, it will take very little good news to surprise investors."

I don't follow CSCO closely, but I do trade QQQQ options, so I perk up if something looks likely to move the Nasdaq, which I  think may happen tomorrow afternoon after-hours.  Or will the FOMC move the market before CSCO's announcement?

Anyone a die-hard CSCO trader?

Not a CSCO trader, but they do end to be a trend setter. However, with these after market announcements the build up tends to get 'baked in' before the actual close with the next morning having some volatility before stabilizing higher on better than expected or as expected news. The real key is to look at long term(next qtr) estimates in the announcement as those usually don't get baked in and is typically what causes movement for the few days following an announcement. Just what I've noticed, but each stock has it's own personality too.

The CSCO chain shows about 5k volume on both sides at the $22 strike, but the bulk is on the call side at $24 with 10k volume (at 10:30 EST).  I'm not picking up any (already neck deep in QQQQ calls).
