If you look at the one month chart, these guys are bouncing up and down.  I like this kind of scenario.  Buy on the lows, sell a few days later for a quick, small profit.  I didn't quite pick the bottom, but $18.26 isn't too far from it.

Hey Danny, I've enjoyed reading your trade notes. I am very new to this, but I've also been watching SBUX. I know you're frustrated with the stock, but I'm wondering if you could comment on an entry point on this one? I'm liking it right now as a buy, but am wondering if its gonna sink to ten bucks before it starts to rebound. Undervalued? Your thoughts?

 Thanks much,

 Casey

I wouldn't call Starbuck's undervalued.  I think it could go lower.  We're in a bad market, and almost anything "can" go lower.  I've been buying a lot of stock at current prices, because the market is "on sale".  But, they doesn't mean it won't go even lower before bottoming out.  I've got confidence that I'll eventually get my money back on SBUX, but I wouldn't be surprised if it went a little lower before rebounding.  (Perhaps as low as the $15's??)
