A fund buys 7% of TTWO?

Unless I am mistaken, a fund has bought up 7% of TTWO.  After scouring the Yahoo! boards, someone came across this link:

Purchasing entity: Neuberger Berman Inc., Neuberger Berman, LLC, Neuberger Berman Management Inc.

Am I interpreting this correctly?  If so, this bodes well for the stock.  (Well, that and the fact that Grand Theft Auto IV is coming out soon.)

Do I read the link correctly? Thoughts anyone?

This link is correct - Take Two has 74 million shares outstanding and Neuberger Berman, LLC has increased their position to 5,608,007 shares.    As of Sept 07,  they already owned 4.6 million shares ( 6.31% )

Danny keep us up on the gamer scene.  One should never loose sight of the fact that each additional sale of software is 99 point something percent gross profit.  

Check out the spike on Feb 7 - somebody bought a bunch!

If the 7th is the day that I'm thinking about, the spike was due to the rumor of a buyout by Viacom.  EA recently made some bold statements.  Maybe I'll blog about them again soon.  By chance, TTWO ended green today.
