I think this has dropped about all it realistically can, even given the nerve of Citi to downgrade them to a sell. I smell some kind of short sell/profit reclaiming scheme in the works here and thought this would be a better use of my funds than the Titanic'ish RAD.

Not exactly sure where I'll sell this, but any movement above 10-15% profit will have me watching for an exit point.
