Here’s a fun picture from the TK booth at the Money Show in Orlando not too long ago – it features none other than Fari Hamzei, Larry McMillan, and Price Headley, three giants in options and stock trading education, looking natty in their tuxedos and TradeKing Elvis-style shades! We had a great time talking with them and welcoming them to our booth. These gentlemen were dressed up specially to promote their new joint seminar, the “Three Gurus”, on March 29 at the Sahara Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Their tuxedos were a little nod to the “Three Tenors”, Plácido Domingo, José Carreras and Luciano Pavarotti.
As always, we had tons of good conversations with show attendees, including TK clients present and (hopefully) future. Brian Overby and Nicole Wachs saw nice turnout for their two seminars, one on volatility and probability and the other on exotic butterflies. I know Brian and Nicole always come back from these events charged up with new ideas and suggestions from the traders they speak to there, so look for some color-commentary and educational extras from those two in the coming weeks on the Options Guy and TK All-Stars blogs.
Speaking of our own “Dynamic Duo” of options education, Brian and Nicole will be taking their most recent options seminars across the country – keep an eye on the Learning Center under Live Events for more information on dates near you. And for that matter, if you’re in West Palm Beach, Charlotte or Houston, join Brian or Nicole for CBOE educational events, where we’ll be digging into index options for hedging and portfolio protection.
