It just keeps getting better. Barron’s released its 14th annual broker survey this weekend, and I’m delighted to report TradeKing had a stellar showing – four stars, to be exact, for our third consecutive year. Here are the highlights:
• We tied for #6 among 25 brokers surveyed and nabbed the #2 spot for brokers who focus on web-based delivery (the survey included both web- and software-based brokerages).
• TradeKing was recognized specifically as among the best brokerages for options traders and long-term investing.
• We bested most of the big-boys yet again, ranking better than TD Ameritrade, E*TRADE, Charles Schwab, Bank of America and Scottrade.
• We got love for our expanded Learning Center, our Fixed Income Center, and of course, the Trader Network.
The Barron's survey ranks brokerages on eight factors: trade experience, trading technology, range of offerings, research amenities, portfolio analysis and reporting, usability, customer service and access, and cost.
Yet again, we owe thanks to you all for this great showing. It’s your feedback and ideas that drive our trader-tool innovation and set our priorities; it’s your lively online conversations that make our Trader Network such a thriving place and so valuable for investors seeking pointers, fresh ideas and trading support.
So, thanks for your part in making TradeKing great! We’ll be returning the favor all year long with even more great innovations, services and tools to give you the best trading and investing value in the business.
