Welcome to Friday, compadres - yet another crazy week in the markets before the holidays start up next week. What else is new? Lots of buzz this week around the latest bailout for the automakers and the Bernie Madoff scandal. On the former, idid kicked off a pretty active blog discussion around Ford, while Will Profit takes the senators to task for their vote on the automaker bailout. (Bottom line: all the “yea’s” get a big “nay” from Will.) Corbinb2 is dismayed at the Madoff affair, one that’s left me pretty speechless, too.
I’ll be skipping the Friday shout-out next two Fridays, December 26 and January 2 – but look for a big roaring comeback in 2009!
