I can only think of one time where I've had any sort of "frustration" with your guys' customer service. I had to call 3 times to finally get it resolved, and the final call I was placed on hold for maybe 10-15 minutes. Other than that, I'd say I've been happy with your guy's CS the other 20+ times I've contacted you guys. So good job! And I just noticed the "Options TV" up at the top, at work right now, but looks interesting!

I came from Scottrade. One thing I like is the online community. The interface is a lot better for making more advanced types of trades  ie spreads and so forth. It just strikes me that Tradeking was designed from the ground up much differently than the older more established brokers and that's a good thing because the networking and communication piece with other investors is very important. I hope you continue to develop new features and so forth. 

Glad to hear you're pleased with us, Macrawn. I couldn't agree more about the value of networking investors together, on top of providing great research tools, pricing, execution and service. Now that we've seen the power of the TK Community in action, it's hard to remember what it was like trading in the "old way" alone, the way that's still the norm at most online brokerages. We're so pleased that a network of smart, engaged investors enrich TK every day with their ideas, suggestions and critiques - we literally couldn't do this without all of you!
