Community shout-out!

fireworks.jpgHappy 4th of July, folks! Just a quick (and slightly early) shout-out to send you into your long holiday weekend…

Quite a few new faces topping the TK Leaderboard this week. Mikepingel, Quicky751, Yourst and shortseller: nice work, people!

ALPHAJC jump-started a good conversation with a post entitled “Long Natural Gas, Short Financials”. Likewise, TPoise is working XLF, the financial sector ETF, on the put side, while OptionA runs a familiar (and successful) play on VLO puts. Meanwhile, Leaderboard regular dwslater lifts the kimono on some great trades, including plays on Noble Drilling and Coca-Cola. Dwslater starts one post with some of the sweetest words a trader can hear: “Taking profits and sleeping soundly tonight in cash.” Now THAT sounds like the beginning of a beautiful holiday weekend. Enjoy yours, everyone!
