If you don't mind me asking what are you using to value VIFL? DCF, Earnings Power Value, etc. Nobody really posts on here but I'll check it out and get back to you.

After quickly doing a DCF and EPV analysis I am getting a value of around $3 conservatively and up to $6 on the high side. I am going to go through their 10-k to read more about the company. However so far it looks like this could be a value play.
Look forward to hearing your thoughts about them.

Thanks for the heads up!

I use the Phil Town method to determine the intrinsic value of a company.I learned it in his book "rule number 1 investing" but anyway I value the company at about $5.They show solid equity growth, low debt and consistent eps growth over the last ten years

Also they dont have a huge moat, but its a good company to add to your portofolio to use the "cigar butt tactic" as Mr.Warren buffet would say.
