This stock has taken a beating after it announced that their cholestrol drug had no significant differences compared to the existing drug on the market.  Yesterday it was announced that the CEO is going to buy common shares.  Do you guys think it is a good time to load up on SGP shares, why or why not?

P.S. I own shares in SGP.

CEO Fred Hassan earns 14.2 MIL in salary. He currently posesses 610,800 shares of SGP. He is going to buy more? What's not to love about that? ( Long term of course)

He is putting his money where his mouth is.  We will see how many shares he buys after the next qtr.  I do not think this stock can go much lower, especially being a defensive stock in this environment.

I would a little before loading up on SGP, it is likely to retest its lows before it gaps up from its current plunge.

It's okay to buy now, but you must be willing to buy more when it falls below $18.  IMO.

Got cash to buy more.  I am not worried about this high grower with a nice pipeline of drugs.  I do hope it goes to 18 or under, but I doubt it.
