The 2008 Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held tomorrow ( 3/19 ).  What surprises will be in order?  Five key customer facing initiatives are set to be announced.

I didn't find any of the five customer facing initiatives announced in today's shareholder meeting truly groundbreaking.

Stock took a 4% drop today ( after yesterday's 5% gain ).   The shareholder meeting didn't alleviate investor concerns.   Initiatives announced at the meeting will need to show positive impact in their numbers. It could be a while ( 12-18 months ) before we see significant gains in their stock price.
