ddoes anyone here use the stategy of covered calls with the protection of a put for downside pprotection?  i would like to use CCs to make 1.25%/month but need downside protection.  i got bburned years ago buying a stock that tanked and couldn't write calls because i'd be writing myself innto a loss.
