Does anyone here trade diagonals ? I diagonalize everything, b/c it's a given that the near term options decay faster than the long term. I do have a problem, though with bookkeeping - keeping track of the value of the long option, especially when I am rolling the short option back and forth.
Anyone else ever deal with this ?
