Last year didn't go so well for my top 5 speculative stocks. Good thing I'm a trader and not an investor. Here we go for 2009!

I Like Cai International (CAP) for the short term. They are at their 52- week low right now around $2 a share, and they have hit $18 a share. For the mid-term I like Microsoft (MSFT) because of their dividend and they are at a low right now. Windows 7 will be coming out in a year and look for that stock to bounce back!
