LJPC La Jolla Pharmaceutical is going to dissolve and liquidate soon. Fortunately, I only invested "spare change" in it, maybe $15.00. I could sell it now, but with the transaction fee, I'll lose money.

So my question is, when they do dissolve and presumably my shares are worth nothing, what happens to my account? Do they just disappear or am I going to have to pay some kind of transaction fee or anything like that? Can I just leave it alone and not expect to lose even more than I put in?
Thanks!
