Anybody's thoughts on oil puts? I just don't think that this high price could sustain for much longer. And with the Petro report coming out on Wednesday, I think their public report will result in a drop in price. I'm just predicting a reverse trend on oil soon. I see the futures still holding to the high point, but I just think a drop in the near future... but that's just me. :) Thanks!

Since the implied volitility has declined recently, I think it seems like a pretty good play. If there is minimal reaction, you can probably get out with a relatively small loss. If you are right, you might have it drop fairly sharply. If you're willing to get in now, and out after, it looks like a good risk/reward. I wouldn't stick around if you don't get the results and reaction you're looking for though... the trend is your friend.

I think oil still has legs, I think it goes to at least $160.
