You are correct that TK is not a charity, they are a business and as such it behooves them to keep the customer happy. Happy customers are loyal customers.
 Happy customers are indeed loyal customers.  It's especially important when one is in a commodity-type business like online trading.  Let's face it... bells and whistles aside, an executed trade is an executed trade no matter who brokers the deal.

Does anyone have this problem.

You click on order status and get some data. Place a cancel order then hit refresh an dont see the canceled  order..ie still shows open even
after clicking on order status again.

I had trdae king on line an they saw the same problem after logging into my account.

The problem seem to be on IE8 and not on FireFox.

It get's old trying to find what order may or may not be open.

After canceling an order it can sometimes take a few seconds to receive an official out from the market center. Also, when you click on the cancel order you will want to make sure that you confirm the cancel request on the next page that gets pulled up. If you ever notice that again please come into live chat and ask to speak with me. I would be able to contact our developers and provide them with any issues if there is an issue.

Using the new dashboard summary page whenever I click on a holding it takes me to a page that says there is no data for that symbol. Same results in IE 8 or Google Chrome. Not a big problem as I usually just use the holdings page.

 I agree, but I also believe we get what we pay for. I appreciate that they are trying in an open forum to deal with complaints and wish lists. And apologizing for my sarcasm, threads like this should be helpful in prioritizing.

 I have on occasion had the same thing happen, but it usually shows within a couple of minutes.  It happens to me more frequently if I change or cancel an order within the first 10 minutes of the trading day.

Stefan McVeigh, Yes I wait, and yes I go through the step's needed to place and order whether it's a buy, sell or cancel.

I called  more than once about this issue.

I trade here because it's cheaper  then where my other account are to buy and  sell options.
