Happy customers are indeed loyal customers. It's especially important when one is in a commodity-type business like online trading. Let's face it... bells and whistles aside, an executed trade is an executed trade no matter who brokers the deal.TampaJake said:
As in any business, the customers will always come for quality service at a reasonable price. Most of us came to TK because of the price and most of us have stayed because of the service we enjoy. If the price was low, but the service was poor, I would move on and pay a little more for better service. We all want the most bang for the buck, and I commend TK for giving us an excellent trading platform from which to trade. Improvements will attract new customers as well as keep current customers satisfied.Ducati Rider said:
Tradeking is a business, not a charity or a volunteer organization.
I express my appreciation by paying commissions. No more or less is required nor should be expected.
In my business, if a customer is dissatisfied, has a problem or CAN SUGGEST AN IMPROVEMENT that may help I want to know asap so I can take the necessary steps to meet the customers needs. I also realize that if I don't meet the customer's needs they will take their business elsewhere.
You are correct that TK is not a charity, they are a business and as such it behooves them to keep the customer happy. Happy customers are loyal customers.
