MTXX FDA releases official inspection records for Matrixx Initiatives, Reuters says The FDA said "written procedures describing the handling of complaints are not followed" and that the complaint data showed "some degree" of loss of smell resulted in complaints of about 3.6 persons for every 100,000 units sold. what's the problem you're having with TK? I've had some glitches with them but one thing is that they are very responsive. That's one thing I appreciate about them.

No, the title only gives one incomplete side of the story! How can TK respond to a problem not listed, venting is understandable, but you started this thread, if you don’t want to publicly list your complaint, ask that this thread be removed. |

99.99% of the time I carry a grudge with my online broker, I call them to complain...I rant, I rave and then they usuially point out that it was my own mistake.
I don't make too many calls nowadays, one of the most importasnt rules of trading is acknowledging mistakes, accounting for them and correcting future recurrances. |
