I keep getting a communication failure when trying to download the new TK app for BlackBerry. I had been using the TK mobile app on my BB for several months without problem. Now it insists I download the new BB app. Every time I attempt, it gives me a communication failure. The server may be busy, please try again...
I have cookies enabled, BB ver 6.0. The BB is connected to an Enterprise network, is this now a problem?
I am looking for any suggestions, as I love the app and use it often.

Thank you for the report, and our apologies for the inconvenience in the short term. The issue was indeed recently reported, and we're working with our partners to get a fix in place as soon as possible. We recently released a new enhanced version, some users with version 6 have been running into what you describe. We believe the fix should be in place within a few days, and I'm glad to post an update when I confirm the issue should be corrected from our end.

Sorry for the delayed post. I was just troubleshooting a BB log in with a client and recalled I had promised an update here. Aishaxkhan, the fix went in on the day following your post, and hopefully, you've both seen a regular log in experience since that time.
