Wikinvest asks for Outh Key and Oauth Secret to update its accounts

Hi All,

I use wikinvest to take a look at my investment accounts.  I am so glad to find out that they added tradeking to their portfolio.  When I try to add my Tradekign account within wikinvest, it asks for me for username and password foer tradeking.  It then asks me to authorize SigFig/Wikinvest API to get the account details from Tradeking.  I authorize them, and I can see my portfolio in Wikinvest now.  But the problem is that wikinvest cannot update the account.  There is a link provided by wikinvest to get this fixed.  When I click the link, it asks for "OAuth Key" and "OAuth Secret".

When I tried to browse the tradeking website, I see that I have authorized "SigFig / wikinvest" as an application that can access my account.  But I dont see how to get the  "OAuth Key" and "OAuth Secret" for this account?  I will appreciate your help!

I am rookie on computer science, and I would really appreciate some help here.

We've checked it out, and it looks like SigFig is having authentication issues. We've reached out to them for an update. I'm glad to post an update when we have resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

in the meantime, update it manually.
meaning go to manage accounts and hit the update button.
but the updating is only necessary if you've made any new transactions that changes your holdings.

I'm having the same problem.  It used to work.

Is OAuth Key my account login?
Is OAuth Secret my partner password?

On the TradeKing site I don't see where to view what external websites I've authorized.  But I do see where to set my partner password.

Help!

Has this ever been fixed?  I get this problem all the time there- it sort of updates, but is always like a day behind.

It's annoying- and says it fails to update.  Including when I try to "manually" update.

My apologies on missing the earlier post. This should now be resolved. If still being requested to submit an OAuth Key, or experiencing an issue refreshing, please remove the TradeKing account from SigFig/Wikinvest under Manage > remove, and then re-enter the account profile. The entry should be seamless without requiring the key. If you continue to have difficulty, please PM me or reach out to us at Service@TradeKing.com, and I'll work with a developers to troubleshoot this further.

I emailed sigfig which is the the same company and I couldn't get tradeking to allow it to go through.  The support team at sigfig and I emailed several times.  I gave her details and she said she giving it to their engineer dept.
