Trade execution question

According to the email I received from TK my order was filled but I don't see it in my account. Order Status, Activity nothing. I don't think this happened to me before. Is this normal? It should show up somewhere, I guess maybe tomorrow.
Here is part of the email I received:
"To view the details of this trade, please login to TradeKing and select Activity under the Accounts tab.
You can also view your trade confirmation in the Account Records section of the site, also under the Accounts tab.

I even received the Open Order Confirmation but still nothing in my account. I resubmitted the order, hopefully I'll be lucky this time.
The trade should show up in your holdings, order status, or trade note sections. If your trade is not showing there, then I would suggest calling the service department.
I think there can be issues on the other end of the trade which TK has no control over, hence the three day settlement period. You would need to contact CS to find out details.

Thanks for letting us know. We have not had any other reports of issues like this from yesterday or last night and also during the day we run several tests in our house accounts and all passed as we look at the logs.
We'll continue to research your specific account logs and try to understand what you were seeing.

Finally it showed up in my account and the one I resubmitted this morning was automatically cancelled. Last night I sent an email to TK customer service regarding this issue with very specific details but I didn't receive back anything (yet?). At least the trade went thru.

While Tech looks into what caused the errant display overnight, I'd like to look into the missing correspondence. I see your email in our system with a reply during the 8 oclock (Eastern time) hour this morning. I'm going to forward that to another email system, and send it back along to you. Please let me know if you get this additional email tonight, and I'll look into any issues between our email system, and you email provider, regarding emails that might be getting filtered out before they reach you.
