Possible Bug - Canceled order Appear as Open in History

I had a buy order and got partially executed. Then I changed the price on the remaining balance and kept moving the price around. At one point, it says, a duplicate order. I knew something went wrong. Because this happened to me once before too.

I'm thinking about switching to another online platform. Please fix this ASAP. Ref #: SVI-60214645/5.

When I called TK Customer Service the other day, one guy asked "So what do you want me to do?" .. what a great response ??

It does appear that there was a display issue with the order which I have already adjusted for you.  Our system shows that there was a delayed response from the market center causing the order to display as open.  It is now cancelled.

To clarify, are you saying that you called our customer service today about the trade or previously about another issue?  If you could please PM me the number you called from along with the date and time I would be happy to review.  I always suggest calling our customer service desk in real time to address account specific issues. Regardless, you should have no issues if you review your order status now.

Matt, Thanks for the clarification and updating my account. I would appreciate if the system itself took care of it immediately. I didn't call today. It was on 24th. Called 18774955464. But I had a similar issue on 24th too.
