Paper Statements

Both of my accounts at tradeking received a paper statement.  I never use to receive paper statements and Janurary is the first one.  I don't want these and I would like to disable getting them.  I looked in settings and I haven't found it, can i stop receiving paper statements?

This was an error on our part. Certain accounts set up for electronic documents still received a January statement this year, despite the setting for electronic documents being enabled. It shouldn't continue going forward. If any client has a question regarding their settings for electronic vs. paper documentation for their account, please don't ever hesitate to reach out to us. It's happened to me before.  In my case, a wire (or something) got crossed and they started sending hard copies of trade confirmations.  A quick call to support got it sorted.  I recommend you do the same.
