The Problem with tradeking live

I can access all my account info through normal tradeking webpage. But I cannot access anything in live. It shows no account. I tried IE 8 and fixfox 7. Both are the same. Anyone else has the same problem?

It will not work with IE8.

Firefox 7 works for me.

Update: now it works for firefox 7, but still not working on IE 8. I am wondering if it is compatible with IE 9.

TradeKing Live doesn't support Internet Explorer due to a newer technology that powers the streaming capabilities.  It may be something we'll add in the future, but at present, our focus is on rolling out additional product features. 

For now, please use Firefox, Chrome or Safari (the newer the better...).

Trading Activity don't seem to be moving, updating etc.   Checking to see if this is only happening on my computer. Thanks

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. No, this is not limited to you. Our developers are looking into the functionality of the Trading Activity feed at this time, as we have had several reports of it not running normally recently. We hope to have this corrected soon, and sorry for any inconvenience in the short term. To be clear, this most recent post is not in regards to TradeKing Live, but the Trading Activity feed found in your Trader Network menu.

Chrome should be fully compatible with TK Live, and there should not be any difficulty loading in Chrome. A basic troubleshoot that I suspect might resolve an inability to log in is to clear the cache and cookies on your Chrome browser. This can be done pretty easily under the "wrench" menu to the top right of Chrome near the X out button. From the wrench, go to Options > Under the hood, and there will be a button near the top of the page labeled 'Clear browsing data'. The only two check boxes that need to be clicked in the Clear Browsing Data pop out are to empty the cache and delete cookie and other site plug-in data. I hope that should resolve any lingering log in issue you're facing with Chrome, but if it doesn't, please don't hesitate to let us know. Please PM me with your browser version if the cache and cookie clear doesn't resolve what you're seeing, and I'll work with TK Labs to ensure Live is working for you.
